Delivery, Return and Refund Policy

 Exchange Orders

*Request for exchange within 3 calendar days following delivery date.

Notify us on the fault at enquiry@lanfar.com.my

Include the following details in your email:

a) Date of purchase

b) Order Number

c) Brand and Product Name

d) Batch No

e) Details of the fault together with photos as well as condition of any packaging

The exchanged product must be accompanied with its original packaging delivered for inspection.

We will NOT accept items with obvious sign of use.

Correct orders generally take 2 days to be delivered.

 

Return Orders

* Request for return within 3 calendar days following delivery date.

Include the following details in your email

a) Date of purchase

b) Order Number

c) Brand and Product Nam

d) Batch No

e) Details of the fault

The returned product must be accompanied with its original packaging delivered for inspection.

We will NOT accept items with obvious sign of use.

Correct orders generally take 2 days to be delivered.

Delivery fees will be bare by us.

 

 

Refund

There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in the following situations:

a) You change your mind about an item;

b) You bought an item by mistake;

We do not issue refunds for products once the order is confirmed and product is sent.
